HERE’S THE HOMEPLAY QUESTION FOR TODAY:

As entrepreneurs, we want to be able to listen to what our ideal clients are saying to us at a much deeper level. Here’s a short exercise to help you do so.
Step 1:
First, think about a time when someone said one thing to you, but you knew they were really saying something else. What was actually bothering them or what truly had their attention, even if they didn’t know it themselves? Spend a few minutes reflecting on this question or jotting your thoughts down on a piece of paper.
Step 2:
Next, identify one example of a problem that your clients often have, where you know that that’s not the real issue – that there’s something deeper going on in their lives? Don’t think too hard about this. Just start writing and watch what emerges. You know more about your client than you may realize. Let this knowledge come to the surface as you write about them. Then post a description of your client’s true issue below.
